Which is your mission?
Reporting to our VP of Supply Chain & Logistics in an Individual Contributor role, foresee business evolutions impacting demand forecast at aggregated level, by challenging and collaborating with Sales and Marketing to propose an accurate demand plan. The role will also Lead Key SC transformation projects.
How would be your daily routine?
- Facilitates region demand review meeting by involving Sales and Marketing teams and ensures their accountability in demand review process.
- Influences/challenges stakeholders to validate the proposed forecasts, based on qualitative and quantitative analyses
- Proposes demand plan at aggregate level to feed S&OP
- Documents demand risks and opportunities (at customer level if relevant)
- Steers demand forecast accuracy and applies corrective action plan
- Reconciles forecast variance analysis with business trends and recommends progress plans to organization
- Maintains demand review process maturity and facilitates the progress plan.
What do you need to contribute to our Michelin adventure?
- Finished Bachelor's degree, any external course regarding Forecast is highly desirable.
- Advanced English level due to the frequent contact with other Regions such as Central America and Caribbean, North America, etc.
- At least 10 years of previous experience in B2B Forecast demand planning in similar manufacturing environment.
- APICS, CPIM and IBF Certification are highly desirable.
- Personal and professional interest in Digital skills like advanced excel, Power BI, Data analytics, etc. is highly desirable.
- Strong at Demand Forecast, Data Gathering, Problem Solving and Customer Focus competencies, among others.
