At _**Arrow Electronics**_, we're currently looking for a Customer Support Associate I for our Guadalajara Offices. In this position, you'll have the opportunity to contribute individually and as a team member in providing a great experience to our customers.**What You'll Be Doing**- Provide expert internal and external customer service, interfacing directly with customers, recommending solutions and/or action plans to internal sales team staff.- Order entry & maintenance, managing inbound customer order forms, filing, set up of MyArrow accounts and PCPRCE 2 (Customer Part and Pricing System) maintenance for contract pricing.- Support sales team with direct customer contact, which includes coordinating reports, providing first point of escalation after initial set of expedites, etc.- Work closely with Asset team to process orders for customers and resolve issues for the customer in a timely manner.**What You'll Need**- Typically requires a degree and 1- 3 years of experience.- Industry experience is preferred in a similar field.- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must.- Ability to communicate fluently in English.**What's In It For You**At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
