At _**Arrow Electronics**_, we're currently looking for a Customer Support Associate I for our Guadalajara Offices. In this position, you'll have the opportunity to contribute individually and as a team member in providing a great experience to our customers.
**What You'll Be Doing**
- Provide expert internal and external customer service, interfacing directly with customers, recommending solutions and/or action plans to internal sales team staff.
- Order entry & maintenance, managing inbound customer order forms, filing, set up of MyArrow accounts and PCPRCE 2 (Customer Part and Pricing System) maintenance for contract pricing.
- Support sales team with direct customer contact, which includes coordinating reports, providing first point of escalation after initial set of expedites, etc.
- Work closely with Asset team to process orders for customers and resolve issues for the customer in a timely manner.
**What You'll Need**
- Typically requires a degree and 1- 3 years of experience.
- Industry experience is preferred in a similar field.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English.
