We are seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant for our office based in Cancún. We are looking for a full-time employee who will work in coordination among company departments, with the main duties being administrative support for our providers.Responsibilities:Assist in the processing and verification of invoices.Attend to suppliers' invoicing inquiries.Reconcile vendor statements and assist in resolving discrepancies and related transactions.Prepare cost balance reports.Handle complaints.Load payments, control, and manage the accounting entries involved.Collaborate with team members to understand and follow established accounts payable procedures.Actively participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of back-office principles and software tools.Engage in proactive problem-solving to contribute to process improvements within the accounts payable function.Support the team in maintaining accurate and organized accounts payable records.Respond to inquiries with a positive and customer-oriented approach.Requirements:Education: Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.Experience: While prior experience in accounts payable is advantageous, we also welcome candidates with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field.Language Skills: Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication within an international team. Other languages are a plus.Proactive Attitude: A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take initiative in a dynamic work environment.Communication Skills: Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work within a team.Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using basic computer applications, and an eagerness to learn accounting software.Travel Flexibility: Must be willing and able to travel to Europe occasionally for business purposes.#J-18808-Ljbffr
