.The Ops Support Associate 2 is an entry-level position responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to; record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging and the opening of accounts in coordination with the Operations - Core Team. Additionally, the Ops Support Associate 2 serves as the liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians and clients. The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.Responsibilities:Identify, analyze, and solve key issues of assigned area and deliver supporting documents to corresponding areasAssist with the management of various reports, including business reporting, monthly operating report, and business scorecard and provide constant and clear communication regarding local policies and processesAssist in the execution and monitoring of processes and data, ensuring efficiency and client satisfactionOrganize, develop, and maintain Continuity of Business, Resolution planning and Business Review TemplatesAdminister and maintain applications for the generation of Dashboards indicators in the effectiveness of processesMonitor requirements related to compliance with Corporate PoliciesMonitor and implement corrective actions derived from MCA reviews and other control entitiesConduct administration activities for collections, including maintaining applications, providing support to collections administration systems and implementing global and local projects in the collection processFulfilling the clients' necessities while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behavior from all our employees and it will be measured by specific metrics.Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Qualifications:2-5 years of relevant experienceProficient in Microsoft OfficeConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work in fast pace and changing environmentAbility to analyze data and solve problemsProven organizational and time management skillsEducation:Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experienceThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
