.If you are good at data analysis and interpretationThis might be the opportunity for bringing your expertise and help bring more efficiencies and tools to a great organization within the LEGO Group!Play your part in our team successMoulding Operations area focuses primarily in efficiently producing elements with high quality in a safe environment, detecting opportunity areas in the processes and working to improve them in order to achieve better resultsThe Business Intelligence Manufacturing Team governs and improves all Business Intelligence & Analytics in Manufacturing areas - production, maintenance, logistics -, thereby leveraging digitalization while sustaining operational momentum and taking part in creating the organization of the future.Within the BI Manufacturing Team we are looking for an expert to support our world class moulding operations globally and participate in different analytics projects.Core Responsibilities- Design and build reports to support manufacturing operations- Map and analyze business processes and then identify improvement areas that can be supported by Business Intelligence tools- Transform collected data into usable information for Moulding Manufacturing Operations- Supervise the development lifecycle for Business Intelligence related developments- Support to Manufacturing Operations in capability building- Managing Business Warehouse issues and Change Requests- Governing the report and data lifecycle- Drives & support BI and analytics projects locally (e.G. efficiency improvements in Manufacturing areas)- Introduces global best practices locallyDo you have what it takes- 2 - 5 years' experience working with Business Intelligence, familiar with commercial BI tools and capabilities- Bachelor's degree or Master/post graduated as a plus- 2+ years' experience with Manufacturing processes- 2+ years' experience with Information systems- Have worked for at least 1 year with continuous improvement, problem-solving or project management methodology and tools- Experience with Microsoft Power BI and SAP platforms e.G. SAP PP, SAP PM, SAP HANA etc- Proficient in MS Excel, Power Point, Word, Teams.- Good communication, customer focus and service minded person with focus on partner management data analysis and interpretation and that can work with a continuous improvement approach- Language: Advanced English.
