Lead and gather proposal deliverables from functional owners, preparing final proposal draft for approval, and distributing final proposal for distribution to customer (by sales or assigned function).Provide ongoing feedback to continuously improve competitive / market intelligence gathering (includes win/loss analysis), reference architecture libraries, and proposal design formats.Participate in CRM activities and reporting projects to drive appropriate engagement dashboard output and pipeline management.Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; participating in professional societies.Drive complete deal input from sales and Solution Architects to gain timely qualification for deals that are consistent with IMS go to market strategy.Provide regional inputs to continuously improve Bid Management processes.Lead and generate responsive, compliant and compelling proposal responses to solicitations, RFPs, RFIs, RFQs and other assignments with deadlines.Consistently implement Vertiv brand messaging, including tone, style and theme, within all responses.
