Human Resources Manager
Important multinational company, leader in the production of polyamides, due to expansion, is seeking a Human Resources professional to work in a plant located in Ocotlán, Jalisco.
**Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related field.
- Knowledge of the English language is essential, minimum B2 C1 desired (fluent writing and speaking).
- At least 3 years or more of proven experience as an HR manager.
- Excellent knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Thorough knowledge of the principles and best practices of human resources management.
- Knowledge of data analysis and report preparation.
- Knowledge or experience in HR systems (for example, SAP, Oracle, Worday).
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Diligent and firm with high ethical standards.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, union compliance, talent, mental health, taking into account Business Area guidelines.
- Act to support the human factor in the company by designing strategies for performance evaluation, staffing and development, etc.
- Monitor the climate in the Company and be proactive in implementing initiatives to engage people.
- Be responsible for compensation management: review and authorization of payment of PTU, bonus, vacation premium or monthly pay bonus.
HR Administration:
- Is able to understand and manage criteria for calculating social security and taxes.
- Be responsible for the HR budget by collecting company needs and sharing them at a central level, monitoring compliance with the budget in terms of investment implementation.
- Be responsible for preparing data for external audit (as it concerns his/her area of responsibility).
- Serve as a point of contact for labor relations and communicate with the union.
- Monitor compliance with internal policies and legal regulations.
- Ensure a high level of compliance in coordination with global guidelines.
- Develop the annual training plan and monitor its implementation.
- Deal with complaints and violations by invoking disciplinary measures when necessary.
- Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics also for the definition of management review.
- Implement initiatives to increase employee population engagement.
- Implement activities to recruit employees at all levels.
- Be the point of reference for activities and projects issued at Business Area or Global level (Sustainability Report, Budget, Code of Ethics sharing, Cyber Security training, HRGo Project).
- Be an active part of the Global HR project (SAP platform implementation).
- Ensure employee data is updated across all HR systems.

Location: Ocotlán, Jalisco, (Carretera Ocotlán-Tototlán Km. 14) it is essential to live near the area or have the availability to change residence.
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
**Salary**: $30,000. Gross monthly (according to profile and experience).
100% IMSS contribution.
Higher benefits are granted at the end of the trial period.
