Tasks may include employee correspondence, referrals, reference checks, sourcing, prescreening, phone screens, interview process, weekly status updates with stakeholders, follow-up on candidates within the interview process, and escorting the candidate throughout Meet & Greet sessions with hiring leaders, ensuring a superior candidate and hiring leader experience while being compliant with all policies and procedures.Minimum QualificationsBilingual English / Spanish communication skillsStrong persuasion skillsGoal-orientedExperience conducting competency-based interviewsProven experience with establishing and prioritizing tasks and objectives in order to manage time and resources appropriatelyProactive and collaborativeAbility to work in a high-volume environment, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize accordinglyPreferred QualificationsPreferably 1 year of experience within recruitment activities such as sourcing, screening, and interviews for massive hire roles, preferably bilingual rolesFamiliarity with key massive recruitment metricsWe back our colleagues and their loved ones with benefits and programs that support their holistic well-being.
