Bilingual Microsoft Specialist (5 Months Project)

100% Mexican company with 30 years of experience providing IT services and products to important national and international companies.Due to the expansion of our services, we invite you to join our team:Location: 100% remote in MexicoWorkday: Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm.Contract: 5-month projectResponsibilitiesMigrate a user from one tenant to another tenant, instructions will be provided.Able to troubleshoot issues during the tenancy migration, including but not limited to:Client Operating Systems (Windows 10 & 11).Client hardware computing offerings.Office 365 and other user collaboration cloud services.Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, including Mobile Application Management (MAM) solutions.End User identity management systems.QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer engineering or related field.5+ years of relevant IT experience.Spanish and English language skills.Excellent skills and experience in Microsoft Client Technologies (O365, AD Entra, etc.).Experience handling tenancy migration related issues including Workstation, O365, Azure, AD, MDM, Exchange & MS Teams.Extensive experience in End User Computing services as a desktop support analyst.BenefitsLife insuranceFree courses and trainingAcademic and business agreements#J-18808-Ljbffr
