Bilingual Telephone Room Team Leader

We are looking for a bilingual telephone room team leader to assist with making inbound and outbound telephone calls each day. In addition to making calls each day, the team leader will be responsible for managing telephone representatives. We are looking for a bright, motivated, and experienced team builder!**Requirements**:- You must have team management experience as well as experience as a team lead in a phone room or telephone operations- Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.- Support worker communication with the management team.**Requirements**:- You must be bilingual with a complete comfort with both Spanish and English.- Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.- Excellent communication skills.- You must know what it is like to dial the phone 125 times per day.- You must be able to talk and type at the same time!- You must have experience working with a CRM.Benefits include very competitive pay,**bonus pay**, legal benefits, and a great workspace!
