Position Responsibilities Work with customers over the phone and on emails to provide them the documentation needed to process order payments.Analyze invoicing portals.Work with customers who have special requirements to pay invoices.Work with internal departments to resolve product returns, shipping inquiries or any situation that affects the customer's invoices.Ensure invoices are correctly issued.Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree.Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.System programming skills in programs like SQL and Blue Prism preferred.Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.Benefits Complete medical, dental, vision and life insurance coverage and other wellness programs.Savings fund with employer match.
