Supports team to achieve projected sales goals and increase sales revenues.Your responsibilities will include:Selling: Collaborates with the Territory Manager on business strategy and tactics at the physician level. May demonstrate mastery of all sales tools and programs available. May demonstrate a deep understanding of the competition's strengths and weaknesses. May be able to participate in C-level discussions and negotiations under the direction of the Territory Manager or Regional Business Manager.Business Acumen: Understands the business of the territory, assigned to detect and develop business opportunities. Applies HE&R resources to increase sales team success. May be involved with contracts negotiations and pricing at the direction of the Territory Manager or Regional Business Manager. Stays current with all internal training and complies with departmental administrative expectations. Protects company inventory, sensitive information and patient confidentiality. Maintains composure in complex clinical situations.
