This job will give you the opportunity to do bold & exciting marketing projects that are ahead of us.**Main responsibilities are following**:**Brand management**- Build Strong, Meaningful and Salient Brands.- Develop annual Category and Brand plans in full synergy with the mid and long-term plan. Lead and run the IBP process.- Uncover root issues and opportunities across the 6Ps via leading brand and category audits.- Rigorously lead the communication agenda with meaningful, impactful and disruptive communications for all the brands and brand-say and do- Responsible for development and/or localization of media assets cooperating with external agencies and Digital Marketing Media & Commerce team.- Develop plans to strengthen the position of our portfolio in the market to gain market share and improve penetration of core and develop the market, untapped consumer needs to innovate, create, enter into new opportunities
