**Job Details****Building Controls Development Delivery Lead ( **J00631)**Goal**Support the Design team on pre-sales and post-sales multi-faceted projects with technical activities such as takeoff, drawings, bill of materials, leading a team of entry, mid and senior level engineers, drafters and designers.**Essential Functions**:- Lead a team that provides the following services:- Support on Request for Proposals working on takeoffs, bill of material creation, pricing, etc.- Create shop drawings, submittal drawings, and As- Built drawings based on the client's standards and/or markups after site survey.- Create post-sales design drawings and engineering packages.- Provide our internal and external engineering teams with support high complex projects.- Provide engineering support with internal project review processes.- Provide technical guidance and development to new hires and engineering team members.- Provide career, technical, and motivational guidance to an engineering team.- Coordinate with internal management and clients in order to control quality, communication, and efficiency throughout your team.**What we look for**:**Required**:- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering.- +4 years of experience in automation and control systems and/or Construction design activities.- Ability to motivate, lead and influence team members and perform multiple assignments and responsibilities.- Must be able to meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.- Effective and professional communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal customers.- Advanced business level in English (B2+)**Preferred**:- Previous experience with direct reports, performance evaluations, and leadership of groups- Experience with industrial or building automation communication protocols and architectures- Experience with building automation system platforms (Metasys, Honeywell, Trane, Smartstruxure, etc.)- Advanced knowledge of low voltage electrical system schematics and diagrams
