Business Analyst - Service Operations

Skillset: SAP SD (Primary)/MM (Secondary)Roles and Responsibilities:Create functional specifications and work with cross-functional teams and development teams to deliver the technical objects.Review and contribute to design document, configuration documents and functional specifications.Perform configuration/system changes to meet business requirements as needed in SAP S/4 HANA Sales and Distribution, Stock Transfers, Returns Order, Advance Returns Management, Credit Management, Quality Notifications.Conduct unit and Integration testing and regression testing.Support ISI's production processes and all associated business systems functions.Support, assist and train the users on new modified system configurations highlighting the impact on business processes.Drive change management process and ensure schedule adherence by collaborating with business, solution architects, cross functional consultants, and developers.Skill/Job Requirements:Bachelor's or undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.5-8 years of experience supporting SAP Procurement, Sales and Distribution, Shipping and Logistics, Customer Returns and Repair Process.Experience in Customer Returns Order Management (Returns for Credit, Advance Exchange & Returns for Repair) is a mandatory skill.Experience in S/4 Hana is preferred.Experience of supporting SAP integrations with CRM or Salesforce system will be an added advantage.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Job Type: ContractContract length: 12 monthsPay: From $20.00 per hourExpected Start Date: 01/11/2024#J-18808-Ljbffr
