Experience Required: 8-10 Years in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) application development & implementations for the Manufacturing industry.Responsibilities:Develop, test, and implement MES applications.Integrate MES with other enterprise systems.Provide technical support and troubleshooting.Monitor MES system performance and recommend improvements.Create and maintain technical documentation.Collaborate with internal & offshore teams to ensure MES solutions meet business requirements.Required Skills:Technical Proficiency:Strong knowledge of programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, or C# & SQL, Angular and AngularJS, Postman, Node red, Rest API) and Customize MES platform.Knowledge of SQL/Oracle and experience with database management systems (DBMS) like MySQL or SQL Server is important for handling the data within the MES.Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) involved in web-based interfaces and dashboards.Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems will help in understanding the integration and workflow processes.Familiarity with Internet of Things (IoT) devices and automation protocols can be crucial, as integration with various hardware and sensors on the shop floor is required.Knowledge of lean manufacturing concepts and practices is beneficial for optimizing processes and reducing waste.Skills in designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces to ensure that operators can easily follow digital work instructions.Ability to analyze data and generate reports to monitor and improve manufacturing processes.Familiarity with cloud services and data security.Familiar with Cloud Application development.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve issues that may arise during the implementation and operation of the MES platform.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both local & English to collaborate with various stakeholders.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to understand and optimize manufacturing processes.
