**Job Description**:
The Business Development Mobile OEM will be responsible for business development, partnership management, product portfolio management and developing actionable market intelligence.

**Qualifications**:
A mindset "the customer first" Must care and be able to successfully advocate for what matters to customers
- Experience with strategy execution, including ideation, qualitative and quantitative customer research techniques, customer experience design, product road map development and business case development
- Significant experience and understanding of existing and emerging trends in the Mobile Hydraulics industry
- Open to frequent domestic travel

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Mechanical,, Mechatronics, Industrial Robotics, Electronics. English Required.
