This position (BDM) is a pre-sales communication position with career growth opportunity into a direct sales role. This position is focused on educating our prospective clients for Fusion across the North America and Latin America geographies and generating qualified sales leads for the Senior Sales team to close.To perform this job successfully, and individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.**Key Responsibilities**:- Acquire in depth knowledge of Fusion's full range of services and convey the benefits of our services to potential clients, adhering to company targets, messaging and positioning- This position will primarily support the Healthcare division during the selling season then the commercial division during the off season- Make outbound calls from lists to targeted healthcare and commercial companies- Identify who the most appropriate decision maker is in the company which is usually a Director, VP or C-Level executive- Identify the prospects potential outsourcing call center needs- Document each call made in the company contact management system- Set appointments with our sales team prior to attending industry trade shows- Re-qualifying leads from trade shows, events, mailers, other activities- Gather referrals from non-qualified prospects- Provide suggestions for improving the lead generation process through script changes, list segment enhancements, offers, etc.- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Ameridial management team- Reports to Sr
