**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Identify and develop new business opportunities** in the freight forwarding sector, focusing on air, ocean, and road transportation.
- **Build and maintain relationships** with potential and existing clients to understand their logistics needs and offer tailored solutions.
- **Generate and execute sales strategies** to meet revenue targets, ensuring consistent business growth.
- **Collaborate with operations and customer service teams** to ensure smooth execution of shipments and seamless customer experiences.
- **Negotiate contracts and agreements** with clients to secure long-term business partnerships.
- **Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities** to adapt business strategies and remain competitive.
- **Provide regular sales reports and forecasts** to management, highlighting key performance metrics and growth opportunities.
- **Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings** to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients.
- **Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects** through regular follow-ups and relationship-building activities.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Bachelor's degree** in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- **3+ years of experience** in business development, sales, or account management within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Strong knowledge of **international shipping regulations, customs processes, and logistics solutions.
