6+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Bachelor's degree or certificate of completion of studies requires, and at least 8+ years of professional background
- Fluency in both, Spanish and English
Key job responsibilities
- Define the strategy and track towards key goals for all GC channels (Electronic, Brick and Mortar, and B2B).
- Drive continuous improvement across the GC end-to-end customer journey.
- Manage GC international team partnerships to improve product features.
- Communicate GC regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership (i.e., WBR, QBR, flashes) including progress to goals, opportunities and roadblocks
- Forecast MX GC key inputs partner with leadership teams in the annual budget planning process.
- Work with existing and potential partner/vendor relationships to grow the B2B Gift Card business in MX through different use cases and verticals.
- Increase GC NTAs, issuance, and profitability in B2B channel.
- Drive GC B2B key input and output goals, including new business signings, new business issuance, discount rate, and profitability targets.
- Independently manage complex contract negotiations for new and renewal B2B clients while working with senior executives inside and outside of Amazon
- Identify and develop cross-sell or bundling opportunities with other Amazon business units that can be offered in conjunction with Amazon Gift Cards
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
- Experience developing, leading, negotiating and executing corporate and/or business transactions
