Objetivo del Puesto

Provide direction and guidance to Business partners of the areas to enable the best information technology solutions that meet the business needs. The position bridges the gap between business partners and technology solution providers. Also, participates in continuous improvement to assure that Sigma execution capabilities are agile, effective, and efficient and are in harmony with the organization's strategic goals.

Responsabilidades del Puesto

Strategic Business / Business Technology

Attend the initiatives demand project portfolio related to Information Technology solutions
Stay abreast of internal and external best practices (Benchmarking), and use business and industry best practices to direct and influence the investment decisions made by the Business
Provide consulting services to diverse business areas, identify and propose industry best practices
Support Information Technology area on the analysis and design of the technological tools that enable core processes, ensuring that the technological tool satisfies the conditions of the business process
Act as Project Manager of the projects regarding to Processes and Technological solutions
Analyze and develop proposals for conceptual organization structures.
Play the role of solution delivery, when agreed, by executing the activities of the corresponding project methodology
Supports in the management of relationships with process vendores, if needed
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Business Relationship management

Builds and maintains strong relationships with business partners, acting as a liaison between information & technology teams and the business partner.
Communicate I&T strategy and value to the business partners.
Challenge customer requirements in the pursuit of better technology solutions
Evaluate business partner satisfaction taking actions to improve the business relatioship

Administrative tasks

Supports in the management of relationships with process vendores, if needed.
