**What We're Looking For**:- ** Bachelor's degree** in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).- ** 5+ years of experience** in leadership roles, such as business unit management, operations, or team oversight.- Exceptional **strategic thinking and communication skills**, with a track record of driving growth and leading successful teams.- Proven expertise in **mentoring and developing high-performing teams**, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage **market research and data** to guide decision-making and optimize business processes
