Business Unit Manager

**Job Responsibilities
- The incumbent's Mayor Responsibility is to Manage and Coordinate all the Operational Functions Required to:

- Meet the production schedule in an efficient and productive manner.
- PPM's control.
- Plan and control expenses in line with OOR.
- Identify and implement projects to support the annual cost improvement programs, Cost reductions and capital.
- Implement Perfect Execution practices within area of responsibility.
- Manage a team to meet assigned KPI's.
- Maintain a high focus in directing employees to safety plus internal / external customer satisfaction practices.
- Establish Manufacturing Assembly Methods to comply to Engineering and customer requirements & Control Procedures with the Engineering Staff that will ensure the Production of a Quality Product in a Lean environment.
- Coach the team and drive to comply with Ethics, Safety, Environmental per Government and Emerson Best Practices. To comply with ISO 9001-2015 requirements; this applies to all functions in the facility.

**Basic Qualifications
- BSME or equivalent.
- Analytical Approach to Problem Solving.
- Manufacturing Assembly Experience.
- Supervisory training and Skills.
- Minimum of 5 years' Experience in Production Management or Equivalent.
- Lean Manufacturing Experience Bilingual English-Spanish.

**Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree.
