Job RequirementsRole PurposeConversational Artificial Intelligence (CAI)and Communication journey(omnichannel campaigns) automation specialist that will create and maintain Virtual Assistants(VA), conversational flows and scripts, create and manage marketing automation campaigns and Communication Journeys (CJ) focused on Customer Experience and Customer Engagement goals, create metrics and KPIs for boths VAs and CJs.Key Responsibilities**CAI**:- Create new Virtual Assistants.- Create or modify conversational flows.- Monitor KPIs & Metrics.- Continuous improvement cycle: identify and validate opportunities.**Communication Journey Automation**:- Create new or modify Customer communication journeys.- Monitor KPIs & Metrics.- Continuous improvement cycle: identify and validate opportunities.- Implement A/B testing in the communication journeys.Work ExperienceExperience- Strong analytical skills- Familiarity with agile development processes- Understanding of end-to-end software development processes and business requirements- Excellent written and oral communication skills- Have a learning mindset with interest in learning new technologies and trends- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends, patterns, and correlations in complex datasets- Have a customer-first mindset with a positive attitude- Deployment experience on various platforms and knowledge of version control- Attention to detail and self-development skills- Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment- Experience on Customer communication journey mapping- Knowledge of marketing automation tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics- Knowledge on design and analysis of KPIs for: digital platforms, customer experience and customer satisfaction- Experience on implementing A/B testing procedures**Requirements**:- Bachelor, process engineer's degree or similar.- English Intermediate/Advanced
