WE ARE HIRING, A CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT FOR A CALL CENTER.**Carrera**: Finished or unfinished bachelor's degree.**Experiência**: no necessary, we are looking for people who want to learn.**Conocimiento**:- Use computer.- Conversational English.**Habilidades**:- Communication- Customer services attitude- Teamwork- Negotiation**PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONS**:- Communicate the products and services to the customers.- Help the client to solve their doubts, complaints, or suggestions.- Receive calls from the new prospect of customers and follow up on their necessities.- Registry calls from customers and prospects.- Make the customer feel satisfied with your service.- Etc.**CONDICIONES LABORALES**- Home office and in person. (mix)- Schedule: Monday to Friday from 12:00 p.M. to 9:00 p.M. and Saturday from 12:00 p.M. a 6:00 p.M.- Salary $12,000 pesos per month.
