**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a call center environment is essential.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales.
- Familiarity with various call center platforms.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a strong command of English.
- A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Additional Benefits**:
- Bonus Structure: One month on, one month off, based on sales volume performance.
**Work Hours**:
- Monday to Friday: 7 AM to 4 PM or 8 AM to 5 PM
- Saturday: 7 AM to 4 PM
**Salary Range**: $15,000 to $17,000, commensurate with experience.
