Key responsibilities also include but not limited to: creation and continuous update of these datasets, to support analysis, direct marketing campaigns and reporting, identify opportunities for data monetization, leverage BI and Visualization tools to deliver key business insights and develop self-serve BI solutions to empower the business to make informed decisions. The team members embed agile delivery methodologies to continuously keep refining the data models using new and emerging techniques. This team also acts as a bridge between IT (information Technologies) and the business stakeholders.- Understand, maintain, and improve Customer Relationship Management (CRM) workflows and system processes. Engage with stakeholders to understand Customer Relationship Management (CRM) current necessities or pain points and gather business requirements to solve them.- Maintain cross-channel lifecycle campaigns / journeys and perform on-going Customer Relationship Management (CRM) campaign.- Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads.- Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.- Create and maintain metrics reports of effectiveness and business impact of the campaigns executed.- The role holder will be expected to be responsible for thorough Quality Check (QC) of their own deliverables, and follow the departmental QC procedures as laid down by their line managers (PROCESS)- To be able to work on well-defined processes or with close supervision.- Interfaces with business/functions to translate business requirements into executable instructions/technical.- Participate in the technical/functional sessions and ensures project results delivered on a timely manner.- Willingness to execute codes and learn from them through trial error.- Diagnoses underlying problems related to integrity of information deliverables. Consults with functional manager, business unit personnel, systems analysts and other end-users on issues impacting the project timelines and deliverables- The role holder shall be expected to solve simple technical/business problems on his/her own without involving his/her line manager
