At Capita Works we are looking for a **Paid Media** for a digital agency that focuses on the natural food space. They also work with ahandful of nonprofits and social impact brands.**Responsibilities**:- Plan, setup, create, execute, optimize and report on paid media campaigns- Analyze and monitor ad performance on a daily basis-Be an "expert" on all Google ad offerings and opportunities (search, display, YouTube and Performance Max)- Strong attention to detail to manage budgets and ensure that spends do not exceed the amount allocated.- Maintain high levels of up-to-date knowledge of best practices and strategies in social media and paid social media- Assist in development of media strategy and building Google Ad plans (including audience targeting and segmentation, messaging, flighting, budgeting, etc.)- Analyze performance data and provide intelligent analysis, interpretation and appropriate action plans based on conclusions- Prepare and present strategic media recommendations, including objectives, strategy and rationale-Conduct ad testing to identify high performing ads and incorporate learnings into future campaigns**Qualifications**- 3+ years experience running Google ad campaigns- Experience analyzing data to provide insights and recommendations in a clear and concise manner for clients who may not have a deep understanding of the platform- Experience with responsibilities includes regular reporting, collaborative strategic planning, and performance management- Skilled in Google Apps (Sheets, Slides, Docs)Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $26,000.00 - $31,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Trabajar desde casaPregunta(s) de postulación:- Tu nível de inglés conversacional es Bilingue?
