As a CATEGORY MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE, you will be in charge of analyzing and crafting diverse exhibition strategies for our different categories inside our stores; to make us more attractive for our customers.**Key Responsibilities**- Analyze supply to develop planograms according to the sales strategy prioritizing the optimization of space and our different channels needs or requests.- Resolve product portfolio according to demand depending on geography, store qualifications, place, and zone and build campaign and merchandising guides.- Data analysis, elaboration of projections for business decision-making, weekly and monthly reports.- Negotiation with Self-service buyers related to the category to ensure category profitability and maintain healthy business relationships.- Working together with different areas such as: Marketing, Trade marketing, Sales, Operations, Business intelligence, IT, among others.**Qualifications**- Previous experience in merchandising and category management for a retail company such as Walmart.- Proficient design and management of data bases, scorecards and planograms, with an understanding of financial indicators.- Previous experience managing projects and project management tools is desired, as well as ability creating corporate presentation.- Experience with CATMAN, RetaILink and Space Panning (Blue Yonder)- Fluent to intermediate English is needed.**About us**:**PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD****The PPG Way**Every single day at PPG:**We partner with customers to create mutual value.**We are insightful, dedicated and proactive.
