Unlock your ambition, turn ideas into world-changing realities, and join an organization where every voice makes a difference, and every difference builds a healthier world.**Roles and Responsibilities**- Lead Mechanical HLA Category Strategy implementation within region and across Strategic Business Units (SBU).- Lead Category activities including contracts and price negotiations with assigned suppliers to achieve the best TCO (Total Cost of Ownership)- Improve payment terms with suppliers in scope.- Coordinate with all GE Healthcare SBU's (Strategic Business Units) to identify gaps in their supply chain according to their priorities and implement strategies to close those gaps (transfer, localization projects ).- Manages the assessment, selection, and development of new suppliers in region with collaboration of Supplier Development Process experts to meet SBUs needs.- Building a strong customer/supplier relationship through the execution of periodic Strategy & Business reviews to position GEHC as a customer of choice.- Support all GEHC SBU's on delivery, quality, and risk escalations.- Ensure early engagement of owned suppliers with SBUs Projects to optimize supply chain.- Knowledgeable of legal terms and capable to hold formal negotiations.
