Job Summary: We're seeking a Customer Success Manager with expertise in Account Management to empower clients to maximize ROI using our client's software suite. The ideal candidate will manage portfolios of $1M+ ARR, focusing on retention and upselling. Key responsibilities include creating success plans, fostering strong relationships, driving satisfaction and loyalty, and quantifying and communicating value. Requirements include 3+ years in Customer Success or related roles, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
