(CEN) GLOBAL TREASURY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ANALYST - TEMPORARY POSITIONDate: Oct 7, 2024Job DescriptionThe TMS Analyst must develop support material for training sessions, perform necessary tests for the Cash Management Process, coordinate meetings, and provide functional support to the Local Treasury teams while implementation in BUs is in progress.Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop a user manual for the TMS.Prepare agenda and calendar for the training and testing phase for each BU.Lead training and testing sessions for each BU.Prepare and coordinate communication related to the TMS implementation project.Manage challenges in change management.Coordinate availability across different time zones.QualificationsDegree in Finance, Economics, or Systems Engineering.Areas of expertise: Treasury or IT are preferable but not a must.Technical skills required by role: NA.Soft skills: Quick learner, presentation skills, public speaking, self-management, self-motivation.Internal/External RelationsINTERNALLocal treasuriesProcess & ITEXTERNALCEMEX Diversity and Inclusion StatementAt CEMEX, we recognize the diversity of the world in which we live and in which we do business.
