**Responsibilities**:- Assess the change impact- Complete change management assessments- Implement a change management- Identify, analyze, prepare risk mitigation tactics- Consult various stakeholders about the change- Ensure all changes are clearly communicated- Track progress of changes that are being implemented- Report to management the progress of all change requests- Manage stakeholders- Track and report issues- Implement and maintain a change roadmap- Lead the overall management of the release process, includes planning for the release, ensuring user acceptance tests completion, verifying training provided to the user community where needed, validating the blackout plan, staging the pilot test, implementing the full deployment of the release and closing the release in a timely manner.- Signs off the release package for implementation- Provide feedback on the effectiveness of the release- Manage risks and resolves issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality- Continually work towards making improvements in the release process- Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams- Participate in CAB meetings to discuss release scope and/or roadblocks- Uses established tools and templates to document the plan and communicate it to the team and customer.
Gathers feedback to revise and complete the Project Plan as needed- Maintains a release repository and manages key information such as build and release procedures, dependencies, and notification lists- Provides management reports on release progress- Identify process opportunities across the release workflows and implement solutions that improve effectiveness and efficiency via through continuous process improve
