Urgent Role - Change managementLocation - Monterrey, MexicoDuration: Long term**Role Description****5 to 8 Years of experience only**- Discover stakeholders' challenges, requirements and expectations and define Change Management strategy for transformation programs- Conduct Change Management Impact Analysis and develop change communication, and training, measurement strategy and plans- Create, implement, and evolve change strategies for transformational programs relevant to organizational culture.- You will be responsible to draw out the strategy plans to drive programs by leveraging the latest technology that will enhance the digital capabilities of the organization- You will be required to strategize plans to monitor adoption and dissemination of digital capabilities with various internal & external stakeholders- You will be working with a team with a diverse array of talents & responsibilities and design program performance KPIs- Will be assisting in creation and implementation of Overall Transition Project plan which aligns with the project charter, in accordance with the goals and timing set by contractual obligations; specified by the solutioned costs, agreed timelines, manage risk assessment with stakeholders- Will contribute significantly to continuously improve the transition methodology and toolkit, ensuring lessons learned and driving consistent, risk managed, optimized transitions- Will be responsible for identifying knowledge transition components along with the SMEs, scoping and planning knowledge transition sessions for transfer of knowledge from incumbent to new providers.- You will be responsible for implementing, according to plan, the program and project delivery methodology, establishing policies, standards, controls, and systems to support the effective delivery of projects and programs.- New Operating Model implementation and understanding of operating models in Global Capability Centers- Drive change interventions, workshops, events and communication leveraging industry best practices- Worked in multi-cultural geographies - US, Mexico, Europe, India preferred- Create a change ambassador network that will drive adoption of change at the grass-root level of the impacted locations- Assess the change impact and create monthly dashboards/reports for leadership view**Regards,****Shivam Kumar Dubey****Job Type**: ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: $840.18 - $843.18 per hourAbility to commute/relocate:- 64300, Monterrey, N.
