Great people make Schneider Electric a great company. As a Change Management Intern, you will play a key role in supporting Stakeholder Engagement activities to secure the user's proper adoption of our tools and processes.
Specific duties include, but may not be limited to: Assist the PBOM Engagement Leader with tasks which the Change Agents (PBOM Champions) must do, including communication, certification, activity follow-ups, recognition plan, and preparation for monthly meetings.Task Management: Assign and track tasks to ensure that Change Agents (PBOM Champions) meet their objectives efficiently.Automation and Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for automating tasks to increase efficiency in engagement activities.Communication Strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of communication plans to ensure the Change Agents (PBOM Champions) are informed about upcoming changes (PBOM) and their impact.Content Development: Create and update how-to guides, FAQs, and other resources to support the Change Agents (PBOM Champions) and enhance overall engagement.Additional Support: Contribute to other engagement activities as identified by the Stakeholder Engagement Leader to improve overall stakeholder engagement.Qualifications We know skills and competencies show up in many different ways and can be based on your life experience. We are looking for an intern with a Bachelor Degree in Engineering such as: Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic, or related with interest in Graphics Design, Digital Engineering, Information Technologies, Communication, and Instructional Design graduating in September 2025 or later. Some knowledge is essential for all applicants. Experience gained in the classroom, projects, and through personal application will be considered.

Strong spoken and written English language skills.Excellent analytical, design, and communication skills.Excellent critical thinking/problem-solving skills.The ability to work in multi-cultural teams.Acting autonomously as appropriate.Some technical knowledge and/or studies in one or more of these areas: Multimedia graphic design.MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, PowerApps)Video-editing software (ie.
