**Responsibilities**:

- **Technology Strategy Development**: Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the startup's values and business objectives, focusing on leveraging WMS, ERP, and other systems to drive innovation, efficiency, and growth.
- **WMS and ERP Implementation**: Oversee the selection, customization, and deployment of WMS and ERP systems tailored to the startup's multi-location operations, ensuring seamless integration and optimization to support warehouse management and resource planning.
- **Systems and Infrastructure Management**: Build and manage the technological infrastructure required to support warehouse operations across multiple locations, including servers, networks, storage systems, and hardware components, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- **Internet Platforms and Connectivity**: Establish and manage internet platforms and connectivity solutions to enable seamless communication and data exchange between multiple locations, departments, external partners, suppliers, and customers, ensuring high availability and data integrity.
- **Data Management and Analytics**: Develop robust data management and analytics capabilities to aggregate, analyze, and visualize data from multiple locations and departments for actionable insights and informed decision-making, driving operational excellence and strategic planning.
- **Cybersecurity and Compliance**: Implement and enforce cybersecurity measures and compliance standards to protect sensitive data, prevent cyber threats, and ensure regulatory compliance across all technology systems and operations, mitigating risks associated with multi-location operations.
- **Team Leadership and Development**: Build and lead a diverse and distributed technology team across multiple locations, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Provide mentorship, guidance, and resources to empower team members and drive technological excellence within the organization.
- **Vendor Management and Partnerships**: Identify and engage with technology vendors, consultants, and service providers to acquire necessary expertise, resources, and support for implementing and managing technology solutions across multiple locations, ensuring quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of external partnerships.
- **Project Management**: Lead and oversee technology projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Utilize project management methodologies and tools to effectively plan, execute, and monitor projects, driving successful outcomes and delivering value to the organization.

**Qualifications**:

- **Leadership Skills**: Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams across multiple locations and departments towards common goals and objectives.
- **Project Management Expertise**: Proven track record of successfully leading and managing technology projects, with strong project management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder management.
- **Values and Professionalism**: Commitment to upholding high ethical standards, responsibility, and professionalism in all aspects of technology management and decision-making, aligning with the startup's values and long-term objectives.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Deep understanding of the logistics, warehousing, and supply chain industry, including key trends, challenges, and best practices related to multi-location operations and integration with various departments and stakeholders.
- **Education**: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Additional certifications in relevant areas (e.g., CISSP, PMP, AWS, Six Sigma) are advantageous.
