With an specific focus on risk mitigation.****Responsabilities and Job Functions**:1**Monitor the day-to-day **Contracts communication to identify and follow-up on potential claims related to the execution of Contractual Obligations.2**Ensure Formal Communications with Contractors/Suppliers related to Claims are delivered on time, according to the contract notifications procedure and aligned with legal.3Lead **Claim Management**, in full coordination with the Project Team and Legal team, to:- Identify and maintain an updated facts and events traceability matrix,- Prepare claims as they arise, requesting additional LDs, cost, or time compensation to contractors/Suppliers.- Review and challenge any claims from contractors.- Develop the negotiation strategy, documentation and support negotiations of claims.- Prepare, update, and finalize any required event claims (_e.G., _Force Majeure) / change orders / amendments to the offtaker(s), Fully document any material events which may result in formal dispute, as required by the legal team, to ensure Engie's position
