Likewise, guarantee the correct validation and monitoring of the 3 different types of bases (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) within the SLA's to comply with the timely release to clients..- Validation and monitoring of production alerts / verifications Zabbix, MediaWorks from 31 countries 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and timely escalation to each country in order to avoid impacts on data releasable to customers.- Validate in real time 365 days a year, the availability of audio references for Sweden, Italy, Denmark, Ukraine, Puerto Rico, Mexico, South Africa, Saudi Arabia andIreland- Execute daily the Quality Control prior to the Release of the Streaming data for Mexico, Thailand and Taiwan, giving end-to-end monitoring from the input of the information to the documentation of the findings and their follow-up.- Run quality checks for DAZN data, from reference generation to validation of Arianna data.**General requirements**:- Working hours: 15:00hrs - 23:00hrs CT- Bachelor´s Degree.- English Advanced level.- Minimum 1 year experience in control desk, OR service desk, OR IT, OR programming.LI-YL1
