You speak fluently with a neutral accent.Minimum of 3 years of experience in Property Management.Strong understanding of how Residential Maintenance works in the US, understands and has experience with evaluating work orders for accuracy, processes such as routine inspections, preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and coordination with contractors
