We're seeking a qualified Sales Executive to help sell Slack for commercial accounts in Mexico. The Account Executive should have a strong understanding of the sales process and excel at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who has strong negotiating skills and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Often tasked with giving presentations, building ROI/TCO analysis and attending networking events.Objectives of this roleRepresent Slack platform and services: Using market and customer research as well as deep and comprehensive knowledge of how our platform meet the needs of customersSelling Slack: Demonstrate the value of Slack to potential clientsManaging customer accounts: Handle existing clients and work to reduce churnNegotiating contracts: Negotiate product pricing and commercial agreementsProviding customer service: Answer questions, provide relevant product recommendations, and help customers maximize software useCommunicating with the software development team: Relay customer feedback to the development teamStaying up to date: Keep abreast of market trends and the changing software industryAchieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tacticsAlign with Salesforce's Account team on the account strategy
