To do this, we are investing in technology, and businesses focusing on micro-transit, commercial solutions for fleet customers, enhancing the vehicle ownership experience and developing the Transportation Mobility Cloud, which will host mobility-related solutions.THE ROLE:Company Cars - Repair Shop Coordinator, defines, schedules, executes, and tracks repair shop activities based on corporate and department procedures, coordinating 18 employees (mechanics, drivers, and washers), maintaining all inventory records (parts & vehicles) and always looking for improvements to increase quality and employee experience.YOUR IMPACT:"1. Understand department's KPI & processes to efficiently coordinate the team regarding: Maintenance, repairs, body shop repairs, new vehicles (pre delivery, gas load, smog check, washing, etc.), scrap vehicles, used vehicles for sale.2. Develops, trains, motivates, advises, and monitors the performance of all employees, achieving harmony and teamwork within the repair shop and with all Coordinators, maintaining a safe and professional work environment.3. Manages annual operating budget.4. Monitors and controls service shop performance through reports, tracking systems (DMS) and surveys to measure employee satisfaction.5. Keeps up to date processes regarding federal, state, and local regulations that affect repair shop operations: hazardous waste disposal, operating license, treated water fees, etc.6. Understands and guarantees compliance with the Company's policies and warranty procedures.7. Holds monthly meetings with stakeholders to review metrics, important information and results.8. Facilitates and/or conducts technical training for all employees, so they assist/receive appropriate training courses as needed.9. Monitors technicians' daily productivity and their corresponding payroll records (overtime).10. Monitor and track parts orders with the parts coordinator to ensure availability and quick response to delays.11. Reviews all repair orders before sending the ones that applies to the warranty department.12. Maintains high-quality service repairs and minimizes recurrences. Performs periodic on-site validations in completed works to verify that they comply with employee's report and quality.13. Keeps repair shop with new equipment and tools available, guarantees that work areas are kept clean, also that storage and inventory of all company assets complies with FMs and processes.14
