Collections Representative

General Summary: The Collections Representative forTBC Corporate Services, will be responsible for contactingcustomers for payment, reconciling AR accounts, coordinatingcollection efforts with warehouses and releasing credit holds.Primary Responsibilities: • Contacting customers for payment •Developing payment plans for customers in past due status •Interface with sales and operations to communicate various customerrelated issues • Release customer orders on credit hold • Driveresolution of disputed accounts receivable items • Interface withcredit department for the purpose of reporting customers that arein distressed financial condition • Develop tracking reporting forthe purpose of collections results and follow up • Support TBC Codeof Business conduct • Other duties as assigned Education &Experience Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent. Somecollege preferred. Experience: • A minimum 2-5 years experience inCredit and Collections (B2B Collections) • Proficient inreconciling customer accounts (matching debits and credits) • Priorcollections experience preferred • Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills • Ability to manage relationships bothinternally and externally • Strong problem solving and customerservice skills • Fast paced environment If you want to beconsidered.
