This is delivered through its unique Global Network Delivery Model.We are hiring **"Command Center Executive"****Skills/experience required.**- Monitor the overall availability and health of client infrastructure and services- Ensure timely escalation and track incident life cycle till resolution- Having good knowledge on monitoring tool **(Science Logic)** and ticketing tool **(Remedyforce)**.- Having relevant experience in troubleshooting on incidents reported at the first instance and transfer the tickets to the next level teams if required- Manage technical and management bridges and send the timely updates to customer and all stake holders- Having good knowledge on the **ITSM processes and SLA adherence**.- Available to work on the 24/7 shift coverage- Excellent communication skills on both written and Verbal.**+English mandatory****Salary**: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month
