With Heart!Your Main Role Purpose As a Commercial Excellence Leader:Identify, develop and evaluate marketing strategies and assist in developing business plans including special sales and marketing projects on selected segments and accounts to leverage growth opportunities.Define BU business strategy with regional BU heads. Promote greater coordination between country sales personnel and Regional Business Unit Heads.Implement and manage the CRM as well as the commercial tools analysis.Main Responsibilities:Strategically planning and Growth Execution – (market share, distribution list, white spaces, etc.)Define and follow up execution of a standard process in KA Planning across BU's, as well as follow up in execution.Sales Effectiveness data analysis to support business in organizational decisions, key metrics, sales process improvement, others.Collaborate to develop the 3Y Commercial plan, by Segments across the region, use of data analysis for management decision making.CRM ownership supporting funnel management, business consultant on data quality, reports, dashboards, and map our areas of improvement in terms of speed, quality and customer engagement.Improve overall Go-to-Market approach and effectiveness of sales force by adapting the sales coverage as needed, as well as adapting business model.Ensure regular availability of corresponding sales reports and tied back to commercial targets, including delivery of KPIs which enable management decision making.Pricing data analysis to track detailed opportunities, deviations, reduce price leakage, define a standard process of pricing changes and financial impact, drive recurrent pricing reviews, support pricing discussions with larger key accounts.Provide support for marketing activities, trade shows, customer events, salesforce training.Maintain overview of customer relevant reports (Sales & Customer Service).Identify, define and functionally implement reports, dashboards and (leading & lagging) KPIs in alignment with business stakeholders.Collect, compile and improve business metrics and data from variety of sources/applications.Set up data governance structures/rules and constantly run maturity checks by monitoring reports, dashboards & KPIs, running benchmarks (e.G. analyzes of data availability, consistency, quality, country audits)
