Role OverviewArrow Electronics, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Compensation and Benefits Analyst to join our team in Guadalajara, Mexico.Job DescriptionThis key role will ensure that employees across North America receive comprehensive compensation packages tailored to their region of employment.
The successful candidate will oversee compensation administration for the Americas region, providing guidance on escalated employee compensation issues via Arrow's HR support tool.
Additionally, they will assist with administering the annual merit process, Global Career Framework, and other compensation projects.Key Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of assigned US and Canada leave of absence cases, ensuring consistency and compliance with policies, laws, and regulations.Partner with internal and outsourced partners to provide accurate data management and streamlined auditing processes.Process benefits and compensation invoices for payment.Utilize HRIS tools effectively to support accurate data management and auditing processes.Monitor and ensure compliance with compensation-related laws and regulations.Requirements and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you must have at least 4 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration/Management or a related field.
