**YOUR TASKS**
- Responsible for evolving employees and trainers' competences, through continuous education, in knowledge sharing techniques and emerging practices for better corporate training creation and learning.
- Help manage experts communities through different activities such as meeting planning, newsletter creation, analyze members' requirements and needs, propose and implement activities to boost participation and engagement, maintain communication and support members.
- Conduct evaluations to understand the effectiveness of training and develop recommendations for improvements.
Look for ways to better engage employees in the learning process and enhance their knowledge retention.
**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**
- Degree in the relevant field and 3-5 years of relevant job experience and solid track record in delivering results, preferably in an engineering or automotive industry.
- Experience developing and evaluating training programs (i.e.
Virtual Classrooms, Web eLearning, Video Modules, Articles, and Microlearning).
Proven ability to motivate, engage and coach individuals on how to better share knowledge, training techniques and provide feedback and mentoring
- Strong self-managing capabilities and objectives/results-driven.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
