Ensure the supply of raw materials to meet demand according to the Sales and Operations Plan

Adhere to the sales and Operations Plan (S&OP) by following the organization's procedures and policies. Generate and send purchase orders.
Review shortage reports.
Ensure that the freight used is either maritime or land.
Follow up on minor conflict resolutions.
Manage suppliers: act on MRP messages for purchase orders (overdue, expedite or push, and cancel).
Meet the metrics established in the Scorecard by following the tasks specified in the Standard Work Sheet. Maintain the integrity of purchasing data parameters in the ERP system.
Make raw material purchases according to the date suggested by MRP. Provide support in necessary activities for the flow of materials.
Experiencia y requisitos
More of 5 years of experience as a buyer of raw materials in the maquiladora industry
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, etc.

Advance level of English Expert knowledge in Sales and Operations Plan, MRP, ERP ,Purchasing processes, Data Analysis, Inventory Control, Strategic sourcing and Project management.

Drive for results, good communicator, negotiation skills and perseverance.
