HYBRID ROLE****Summary**:SAP is looking for an analytical, solution-orientated Consultant who experienced in service coordination and project management. You will have to collaborate with other ECS internal stakeholders / units such as Technical Areas, Cross-Delivery, Managed Service Providers, and sometimes guide other roles on our portfolio, processes and technical details for troubleshooting, action planning and resolution of related topics.**The Role**:**Service Coordination**:- Coordinate technical service delivery & experts from Technology Services team and attached supplier network and drive those topics to resolution to the satisfaction of the customer.- Drive service-related discussions with the customer and internal stakeholders and act as the orchestrator of experts- Provide training and guidance to ECS internal stakeholders on technical CAS portfolio items- Provide reporting on our service deliverables KPIs- Perform RAG meeting with our suppliers.**Improvements & Project Management**- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in existing processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process and/or tool improvements.- Define process & service objectives, performance metrics, and improvement targets and monitor and analyse relevant KPI's using data-driven approaches.- Model the process and develop Standard Operating Procedure and Work Instruction, Knowledge Base Articles, Wiki pages, BLOG entries etc.**What you bring**:- You should have very good analytical and solution-oriented thinking as well as presentation, and networking skills.- Ability to build, grow and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers and customers.- Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Knowledge in ITIL and Project Management methodology- Knowledge of SAP basis technologies is a plus.- Working effectively in international and virtual teams should be something you are used to do.- Fluent in English**Bring out your best****We win with inclusion**SAP's culture of inclusion, focus on health and well-being, and flexible working models help ensure that everyone - regardless of background - feels included and can run at their best
