.As the Content Lead, you will oversee both client content and internal marketing materials. You will play a pivotal role in shaping content that resonates with target audiences, drives engagement and supports business growth.**Key responsibilities****1. Content creation & copywriting**- Support clients in their copywriting/editing needs across similar content and production.- Collaborate with product marketing, design, and demand generation teams to deliver impactful content that aligns with broader marketing strategies.- Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all content, ensuring alignment with the company's positioning and values.**2. Content marketing strategy**- Develop and execute data-informed content marketing strategies to engage target audiences and support lead generation and sales enablement initiatives.- Conduct audience research and develop content that addresses pain points, interests, and decision-making processes of key personas.- Build and manage content calendars that align with marketing campaigns and business priorities.**3. Digital marketing development & management**- Maintain a regular flow of social media assets for the Designerds social media channels, blog and website.**4. Thought leadership & brand elevation**- Stay informed of industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging content marketing practices to keep the company's approach fresh and innovative.**5. Content leadership & management**- Ensure all team-produced content meets quality standards, aligns with brand voice, and supports business goals.- Manage workload distribution and establish streamlined workflows to ensure deadlines are consistently met.- Oversee junior copywriters, providing mentorship, constructive feedback and professional development opportunities.- Work with internal design teams in developing and reviewing relevant content for the brand and our clients.**Qualifications**- 5-10 years of content-focused roles in both agency and in-house environments, with a proven track record of success in B2B tech, fintech, SaaS, or related industries.- Experience managing and mentoring copywriters or content teams, with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.- Work developing engaging content across a number of platforms, formats and voices.
